Your mission

1.协助日常文件的起草或填写、流转与归档;
2.协助来访人员的接待工作; 
3.协助筹备各类会议、培训、参观等活动; 
4.协助组织团队建设、年会、节庆等院内活动; 
5.协助完成上级交办的其他临时性工作。
1. Assist with the drafting, completion, circulation, and filing of routine documents;
2. Assist in receiving and hosting visitors;
3. Assist in the preparation and organization of various meetings, training sessions, visits, and other activities;
4. Assist in organizing internal activities such as team-building events, annual meetings, and festive celebrations;
5. Assist in completing other temporary tasks assigned by supervisors.

Your profile

1.持有在德国合法实习所需的签证或居留身份,或具备相应的申请条件;
2.在读大学生,行政管理、法学、人力资源、国际商务、德语、翻译等相关专业优先;
3.工作细致、责任心强,具备良好的团队合作精神;
4.具有良好的职业操守与保密意识;
5.工作节奏适应性强,能够同时处理多项并行的事务性任务;
6.熟练使用中文及英语或德语,掌握三语者优先;
7.熟练使用Word、Excel、PowerPoint等办公软件,具备基本的数据整理与图表制作能力;
1.Hold a valid visa or residence status permitting internships in Germany, or meet the relevant application requirements;
2.Currently enrolled as a university student; majors in administrative management, law, human resources, international business, German studies, translation, or related fields are preferred;
3.Detail-oriented, responsible, and possess strong teamwork skills;
4.Demonstrate good professional ethics and a strong sense of confidentiality;
5.Able to adapt to a fast-paced working environment and handle multiple parallel administrative tasks simultaneously;
6.Proficient in Chinese and English or German; proficiency in all three languages is preferred;
7.Proficient in office software such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with basic skills in data organization and chart preparation.
