· Develop intelligent hardware solutions: You design printed circuit boards (PCBs) using tools such as Altium Designer or EAGLE and ensure that the designs meet technical requirements and standards.
· Get systems up and running: You support the setup and commissioning of PCbased test systems and embedded targets.
· Automate test processes: You participate in the implementation and maintenance of Python scripts for controlling automated test sequences and assist in adapting the embedded C firmware for targeted systemlevel error analysis.
· Connect hardware and software: You integrate measurement and test equipment into PCbased control systems via common interfaces such as USB, Ethernet, or other standard communication protocols.
· Optimize technical systems: You support troubleshooting and further development of existing automation and control projects.
· Work handson in the electronics lab: You carry out various laboratory activities, including electrical measurements, soldering of components, and experimental circuit analysis.

Your mission
Your profile
· You are enrolled in electrical engineering, mechatronics, or a comparable field of study.
· You have practical prior knowledge in soldering and PCB assembly.
· You already have initial handson experience with electrical measurement equipment (e.g., oscilloscopes, multimeters, signal generators).
· You possess basic knowledge of automating measurement procedures, for example through scripting with Python for controlling test equipment and for automated data evaluation.
· Initial practical experience with Python programming and with adapting C/C++ firmware for microcontrollers is a strong plus.
· Ideally, you have already integrated test and measurement systems via interfaces such as USB or Ethernet, and you have modified simple embedded software to validate hardware functions.
You demonstrate initiative, work independently, and have a passion for technical interrelationships.
