Hydrogen Technology Research Engineer (m/f/d)

Your mission
  • Hydrogen research through technology evaluations of various production, storage, distribution, and end use applications
  • Align research with hydrogen & fuel cell research priorities, needs, and project requirements
  • Support R&D activities
  • Coordinate with external development partners, universities and suppliers
  • Investigate and apply for possible funding for our research projects
  • Responsible for patents application and scientific paper preparation
  • Participate in relevant hydrogen energy conferences and academic exchanges
  • Be responsible for lab management and safety, annual equipment purchasing and documentation, and mentoring students
Your profile
  • PhD in the field of electrochemistry, chemical engineering and PM experience in renewable energy project
  • Experience or extensive knowledge regarding hydrogen technologies such as fuel cell systems, electrolyzer systems, fueling stations, and end use applications such as vehicles, stationary power, and power production
  • Good communication, presentation, organizational skills
  • Fluent in English and Chinese, German is a plus
  • Great passion for the area of energy transition and decarbonization
  • High degree of flexibility, agility, and self-directed work style characterized by initiative
